Lots of interesting information here, but I'm coming away feeling a bit disheartened. I started publishing in 2021 and now have 13 titles released, so I feel like I should be doing better by now.
Any tips on how to find our audience? I'm obviously not looking in the right place. Or maybe I'm simply writing in a genre that nobody wants anymore. I can barely give copies away!
First off, congrats on 13 titles! That’s NOT easy. As for how you’re feeling, we’ve all been there. Have you connected with authors in your niche? Because then you can work with peers and get some outside feedback. Not to mention the collaborative opportunities.
Honestly, I can only guess and can’t give you blanketed advice without better knowing what you’re working with and how much you’ve actively marketed and promoted your books.
Don’t lose heart. If you believe in your work, never give up on it.
A fantastic read. I, like I'd assume many others, have been guilty of focusing on quantity and a race to the bottom in the past. From my learnings over the years though it is incredibly clear that quality is more important than ever than quantity when it comes to achieving real results on KDP over the long-term.
Nice post! People are worried about the changes, but really it's an opportunity to pull ahead of the competition if you understand what they're all about.
Fantastic read! Don't miss out on these valuable lessons. The more you understand, the more you can take your book sales to the next level. Thank you, Dale and Joe.

Wait…Robert Ryan??? Huge fan of yours! I’ve recommended your books quite a bit over the past few years. Amazon Ads Unleashed was an excellent read!
Cheers!
